Jitesh Lalwani is an accomplished software industry professional with 15 years of experience in software development and team management. He has worked with diverse technologies such as mobile development, AI/ML, and quantum computing. He has successfully handled a multi-million euro project and was responsible for hiring and onboarding 100+ engineers for his previous organization and personally led a team of 60+ engineers.
In the past, he created an innovative and a viral android app called 'FreeCallApp' which allowed users to make free calls to their friends in India over a poor network such as 2G. Additionally, he has also developed an open-source quantum computing library ‘quantumcat’ to enable users to create high-level, cross-platform quantum algorithms.

Dana Linnet is CEO of The Summit Group DC, specializing in defense, aerospace, and emerging technologies. She also serves in multiple Advisor roles, including with Donovan Capital Group and The Roosevelt Group. She was previously a U.S. career diplomat, a global VP/GM for a series B-to-C tech start-up, a growth leader for a $2BN PE-owned consultancy, and an international defense OEM executive.
She brings 27+ years of leadership experience in consulting, government affairs, business development, international trade and export, and government contracting.
Dr Mandaar Pande
Dr. Mandaar Pande has almost 30 years of experience, with 20 years in the IT industry and approximately 9 years in academia. He obtained his Ph.D. in Theoretical Nonlinear Optics from Hyderabad Central University in 1994. Currently, Dr. Mandaar is a Professor at Symbiosis Centre for Information Technology (SCIT), which is a constituent of Symbiosis International (Deemed) University.
He is actively involved in research in the cutting-edge field of Quantum Information Science, which includes Quantum Computing, Quantum Machine Learning, and Quantum Communications.
Dr Anshul Saxena
Dr. Anshul Saxena is an author, corporate consultant, inventor, and educator who assists clients in finding financial solutions using quantum computing and generative AI. He has filed over three patents and has been granted an Australian Innovation Patent. Anshul is the author of two best-selling books in the realm of HR Analytics and Quantum Computing (Packt Publications).
Currently, he is working as Assistant Professor and Coordinator – Center for Emerging Business Technologies at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus.
Bill Gonzalez is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and co-founder of Webhead, a company he established 27 years ago. He possesses a wealth of knowledge in developing applications for both commercial and government clients, and is currently spearheading Webhead's projects with NGA, AWACS, and U2.
Bill is a seasoned expert in numerous quantum fields, including Quantum Image Processing and Quantum Machine Learning, among others. In addition, he is a valued member of the IEEE CTSoc Quantum in Consumer Technology Technical Committee (QCT TC).
Raphael Roettgen is the founder of E2MC Ventures, a space-focused early-stage venture capital firm. He is also the co-founder of Prometheus Life Technologies, a space biotech startup that was the first startup to win the Orbital Reef innovation challenge.
In addition to his work in venture capital, Raphael is a well-respected educator and author. He lectures on space entrepreneurship and finance at several universities including the International Space University (ISU) and the Swiss Institute of Technology at Lausanne (EPFL), hosts the popular Space Business Podcast, and is the author of “To Infinity”, an introductory book on the space economy.
