Artificial Brain has signed an MoU with CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Lavasa Pune

In order to advance the quantum field, Artificial Brain has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Lavasa, Pune, for a 5-year period. This collaboration will involve the following:

  1. Conducting quantum research in the areas of Finance, Space, and Energy.

  2. Organizing quantum workshops and seminars to spread quantum awareness.

  3. Providing internship opportunities for Christ's students.

  4. Supporting PhD students in their quantum research.

  5. Publication of white papers and technical papers.

  6. Identifying new quantum use cases.

  7. Developing quantum use cases together.

The combination of Christ's Finance, management, and data analytics talent (and now quantum as well) is rare and valuable. This collaboration will play a big role in expanding the quantum footprints in India and globally.

About CHRIST (Deemed to be University):

CHRIST (Deemed to be University) was born out of the educational vision of St Kuriakose Elias Chavara, an educationalist and social reformer of the nineteenth century in South India. He founded the first Catholic indigenous congregation, Carmelites of Mary Immaculate (CMI), in 1831, which administers CHRIST (Deemed to be University). The institution began as Christ College in 1969 and grew gradually in numbers and infrastructure. It gained a reputation for its outstanding academic achievements.


The Center for Emerging Business Technology CEBT is a research and Innovation center nested out of Christ(Deemed to be University) Pune Lavasa Campus. It takes a cross-disciplinary approach to understand quantum computers that satisfy practical criteria and helps business in taking quicker decisions. Innovation will be at the core of the CEBT’s activities. The CEBT seeks to work with partners across industry, government, and the research community, supporting the development of the broader ecosystem for emerging technologies across Christ University. The Center’s primary focus will be on disseminating relevant knowledge on emerging technologies and their application in various fields with the main focus on business.
